Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, under EU and UK consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return unopened and unused products for a refund.
This 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.
Can I return opened products?
No, for safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return under the cooling-off period.
What are the return conditions?
Returned items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging and condition
- Returned at the customer’s expense (unless defective)
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
What if my product is defective?
Will I get a full refund?
You’ll receive a refund for the product value, excluding original shipping costs.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the return.
Shipping & Handling
How quickly do you ship orders?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday) ship the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Which courier services do you use?
We’ve partnered with trusted courier services including PostNL, DHL, and DPD to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Most deliveries arrive within 1-5 business days from dispatch.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automatic Track & Trace link to follow your package’s journey in real time.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions to reschedule or collect your package from a nearby pick-up point.
Do you offer free shipping?
