3. Orders and Product Availability
Orders are placed by browsing products, adding to your cart, entering billing and shipping information, selecting a payment method, and confirming the order. You will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to:

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to Europe and the UK within an estimated 5-10 business days. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for:

6. Returns and Refunds
Under EU/UK consumer protection laws (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return unopened, unused products for a refund, starting from delivery. To return:
- Contact within 14 days to initiate a return.
- Return products in original condition at your expense.

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Termination
